VPN Client Request

Use this form to request VPN access for a remote employee, a vendor, or another site - or to change or remove access that already exists. Fill in the section that appears for the type of request you choose. We verify authorization before granting any access.

Who is this access for?
Which of your locations the VPN should connect into, if you have more than one.
If you know it - for example UniFi, Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, WatchGuard. Leave blank and we will look it up.

How should they connect?
Not sure which fits? Leave it on the last option and we will recommend one.

Setting up Teleport access

  1. Create a UI.com account for each person who will connect — account.ui.com/register. Use their work email address, and turn on two-factor authentication while you are in there.
  2. Install the WiFiman app on the device they will connect from — wifiman.com has the iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac downloads.
  3. Give us the UI.com email address below. We send the Teleport invitation to that address; they sign in to WiFiman with the same account and the office connection appears, ready to switch on.

Teleport suits occasional remote access. For a permanent, always-on connection we use WireGuard instead — we configure that end to end, and no UI.com account is needed.

List each person: full name and email address. If it is a vendor, include the company name and your contact there.
One per line. This is the address we send the Teleport invitation to, so it must match the UI.com account they signed up with.

If you know the computer names, server names, or app names they need, list them. It lets us grant only what is needed instead of opening the whole network.
Is this access permanent or temporary?
We will remove the account automatically on this date.
Should all their internet traffic run through the office while connected?
A WireGuard setting. Routing everything means their browsing is filtered and logged by the office network.
